Royal LePage Northern Advantage has been in business serving many communities throughout northern Ontario since 1979. Expanding branches from Sault Ste Marie, Elliot Lake, Blind River, Batchewana, Spanish, Huron Shores and much more. With over 30 agents this company needed a facelift to its online persona and Cavera Studios provided this through the use of the latest HTML and CSS techniques as well as a seamless pipeline to the MLS listings allowing this website to be completely self-sufficient.
As an added feature, management at Royal LePage Northern Advantage opted for the agent profile system which allows its agents to login via an administrator's panel and control their very own section of the website. All new and existing agents have access to this amazing system which will increase their visability online.

With the "invite-only" release of Google+ no more than a few weeks ago, consumers are curious to see how Google plans to compete with the social media giants Facebook and Twitter. Google+ is more of a competitor to Facebook as it entitles users to add each other to their "Circles" allowing a simpler organization of friends. On a consumer basis, Google+ maintains a solid base because like all of their amazing products, everything seamlessly integrates. Photo albums using Picasa, email from GMail, etc.
But the burning question remains how this will affect businesses, marketing execution and SEO. Google has solidified its place in Internet super-stardom by being the #1 search engine colossus. Its company title itself has become a verb in most conversations ("Don't know the answer? Google it!"). With the explosion of Facebook popularity, online marketers realize its potential to reach out to targeted groups of users. Google+, while still in early beta stages, has an immense advantage over Facebook in the merchant basis. Tried searching Google lately? Top search results can yield a Google+ profile, as long as Google finds it relevant to your search terms. But there it is; right at the top.
Google+ also takes advantage of the similar "Like" feature that Facebook users have grown accustomed to. On every comment, post, photo or action within Google's social network you will be presented with the "+1" button allowing you to bump the topic to your profile, showing your support. Why is this any different than Facebook's Like feature? The +1 button appears right within Google searches allowing Google+ users to quickly and easily share websites to their profiles.
Google+ is still in beta stages, but I suggest that you attempt to get an invite and get used to the interface because as a business this may, WILL be the next big tool in your online marketing arsenal.
